Bondi/Blackpool?

It's the only beach we hear of in Europe, Bondi this Bondi that. There's a lot of blah blah. I must admit I was also taken in and had visions of a lush paradise of surfers and sunny beaches. Instead I was looking at Blackpool on a sunny day. Hordes of English people and other nationalities cooking themselves to a degree of cremation. Not exactly what I imagined.
