Well I just arrived at Melbourne airport to get on my flight to Sydney. From there I'll be meeting up with Michelle's parents in Manley and hanging out there for a weekish. I've just missed the Mardi Gra...BOO...and it's actually a bit colder than Melbourne with is not usual I'm told. Still it's 25 degrees and I'm not complaining seriously. That's another one..."seriously" word of choice at the moment.
The thing that makes me laugh the most on airplanes... Is it airplanes or aeroplanes.. Is the safety card...Do people really think that when an aero-plane (made my own) is plummeting to the ground at 500mph, that the brace brace is really going to help you?
Vastness. Australia is really big. Really big, I've been to vast spaces before but you really get the feel that your in a big lump of land in the middle of the ocean. I'm now in the air on a flight which takes a hour to get to Sydney in that time I can fly to Berlin, London, Spain from Switzerland. They've had a pretty dry summer and you can definitely see that from up here..
So anyway it's goodbye Melbourne, gonna miss ya! I hope to see you soon!!
