Grand theft auto vice city, that's what it reminded me of. Some of the best beaches and surfing in the whole of Australia, but high rises and plastic rollerbladers sucked it's charm right out of it. I drove through it so quick that I only took 1 photo.
Burleigh heads on the other hand was much nicer. Taking pictures was also difficult as it was Saturday and parking was difficult. But the memory is imprinted.
